John Loper, the principal of Palm Tree Communities has over 25 years of real estate development experience. We have experience in retail, residential, master planned communities, mixed use, office and hospitality development. We have worked on everything from small 5,000 SF shop buildings to coordination of a 600 acre master planned community with 2,400 residential units and 2.5 million SF of commerical buildings. John Loper has a Masters of Real Estate Development and a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Property Development and Management from the University of Southern California with additional studies in Architecture and Civil Engineering as well as Hospitality. John is also an Adjunct Instructor at USC in the masters program at the Sol Price School of Public Policy. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
